Our Kitchen team is the culinary equivalent of a great bottle of Cabernet–
it just gets better with time.
These Executive Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Line Cooks,
Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Food Runners and Bussers run our scratch kitchens with
the fast pace and professionalism of any celebrity chef restaurant. But rather than
those fly-by-night, flash in the pan restaurant hipsters that come and go every season,
this team consistently delivers works of art to the tables of every Guest. They are
true foodies to the core, energized by the creative inspiration of the dishes developed
by our masterful culinary team in Dallas. It is a fast-paced environment that requires
